These are records related to the Blackwood Tower apartment building fire. The records contain extensive evidence that the fire was purposefully started and recommends a finding of arson. It does not mention Shauna's father or a grease fire at all.
Debriefing
You hand the evidence over to Shauna, who reads it slowly, tears forming in her eyes. When she gets to the end, she wipes them away and smiles.
I knew it wasn't my dad's fault that those people died. This proves it! When he failed to get permission to redevelop the area, Rider had the building burned down. He must have bribed or threatened someone, got the fire investigator to release a false report. They blamed my dad.
