Andrew Rider is the owner of the real estate development firm Rider Development. He is the primary antagonist of Shauna Braun's Story Arc, Dirty Work.

Description
Andrew Rider is a ruthless, but highly regarded, real estate developer in Paragon City. He's well known for his efforts to renovate urban areas, a practice which his critics have decried as gentrification and displacement of the city's less wealthy citizens. After his most recent effort was rejected by the city, he had one of his own properties burned down, resulting in the deaths of dozens.
