Paragon Protectors
Overview
The Paragon Protectors are a hero organization, backed by Crey. Their distinctive blue and yellow uniforms, similar to that of Crey's own Crey Protectors, they are said to have a 24-hour watch over the city to protect it from evil. However, also like the Crey Protectors, these helmeted heroes have never removed their masks in public, keeping themselves anonymous from the people they serve. Additionally, there are rumors from the deepest corners that this heroic group may not be entirely what they seem to be.

The Crey Cloned Hero can project a burst of focused power. Focus only travels a short distance, but it can also knock down foes.

When you activate this power, you not only become extremely resistant to most damage, but also to Disorient, Immobilization, Hold, and Sleep effects. Endurance recovery is also increased. Unstoppable costs little Endurance to activate, but when it wears off you are left exhausted, and drained of almost all Health and Endurance.

The Paragon Protectors keep their names and faces a secret. That way, their good deeds all get credited to Crey, while their less virtuous activities can be plausibly denied in court. The Quill Pattern heroes use a variety of deadly ranged and melee attacks to fill their enemies with holes.

You can improve your reflexes, making yourself so quick you can Elude almost any attack, be it ranged, melee, or area effect. Your running speed and jumping height are also increased. When Elude wears off, you are left drained of all Endurance and unable to Recover Endurance for a while.

Frozen Fists encrusts your hands in ice, giving them the ability to quickly inflict minor damage on villains. The foe's attack and movement speed is Slowed, due to the chills caused by the cold blows.
Ice Sword Melee, Moderate DMG(Cold/Lethal), Foe -Recharge, -Speed
You create a blade of solid ice that deals good damage. Being hit by this Ice Sword will Slow a target's movement and attack speed, due to the intense chill.
Frost Close (Cone), Moderate DoT(Cold), Foe -Recharge, -Speed
You create a short cone of Frost in front of you that can deal some damage and Slow a foe's speed, due to their uncontrollable shivering.
Freezing Touch Melee, High DoT(Cold), Foe Hold
This Freezing Touch will encase a single foe in a block of ice. This will deal high damage over time, as well as freezing him in his tracks, leaving him cold and helpless.
Ice Bolt Ranged, Moderate DMG(Cold/Smash), Foe -Recharge, -Speed
Ice Bolt quickly pelts an enemy with small icy daggers; their chill Slows a foe's attacks and movement for a time. Fast, but little damage.
Freeze Ray Ranged, Minor DMG(Cold), Foe Hold
Although this power deals very little damage, the Freeze Ray encases your foe in a block of ice, holding them helpless in place for a while.
Infrigidate Ranged, Foe -Recharge, -Speed, -Defense, -DMG(Fire)
Fires a frigid beam of cold at a single target. This beam dramatically reduces the targets attack rate, movement speed and Defense. Infrigidate draws so much heat out of the target that the damage of any of its Fire attacks will be reduced.
Sleet Ranged (Targeted AoE), Minor DoT(Cold/Lethal), Foe -Recharge, -Speed, -Defense, -Resist, Knockdown
Summons a Sleet Storm at a targeted location. Sleet deals minimal Cold damage to anything that passes through the storm. It also Slows the affected foes and severely reduces their Defense and resistance to damage. Many foes may even slip and fall trying to escape the storm.
Energy Absorption PBAoE, Self +Endurance, +Def( S1.6 L1.6 F1.6 C1.6 E1.6 N1.6 ) for first foe hit, +Def( S0.6 L0.6 F0.6 C0.6 E0.6 N0.6 ) per foe hit after first, Resist(Slow), Foe -Endurance
Activating this power draws moisture directly from the bodies of all nearby foes, draining their Endurance. Each foe you draw moisture from adds to your own Endurance as well as Defense to all attacks except psionics. The first foe you absorb grants the highest Defense bonus, and you can absorb up to 10 foes. In addition to Defense, Energy Absorption also grants you resistance to Slow effects. If there are no foes within range, this power will fail.
Icicles Toggle, PBAoE, Minor DoT(Lethal)
While active, you form sharp icicles on your body that continuously cut all foes that attempt to enter melee range.
Chilling Embrace Toggle, PBAoE, Foe -Recharge, -Speed, -DMG

When you activate this power, you cover yourself in a thick coating of slick, melting ice.
