Enhancement Diminishing Returns

Enhancement Diminishing Returns is the effect whereby the effects of enhancements are diminished when the total enhancement is above a certain percentage. This effect came into being with the release of Issue 6 and City of Villains. These changes to the game are known as, and are fully described in, Enhancement Diversification.

The use of "Enhancement Diminishing Returns" to describe this effect came into widespread use with the release of Issue 19 and the Incarnate and Alpha Slot features.
