- Incarnate Merits
- These are either Astral Merits or Empyrean Merits which are rewards for participating in content from the Incarnate System.
- They can be spent in the Incarnate Window where Incarnate Powers are crafted and slotted, or, they can be spent with one of the Incarnate Merit Vendors.
