Assassin strike

Assassins Strike is a power avaliable to stalkers at lvl 6, when hidden the staker can perform a critical hit and if successful, maybe even invoke panic amongst other enemies in the group. It is interuptable, so its best performed when hidden, when youre hidden its critical damage, when not hidden its moderate damage.
