Overview

America's Angel is a Community Rep for PvP/RPPvP on the Homecoming Team. They act as a messenger and representative between the development team and the PvP community of Homecoming: City of Heroes, and are responsible for running various PvP events across the servers.

Trivia

• Arbiter Payne, the Villain trainer in Recluse's Victory, is a tribute to the Community Rep. Their namesake character's secret identity is Jessica Payne.
