Overview

Angry Citizens are encountered throughout Praetoria, often as Protesters or Resistance Sympathisers.

This Praetorian Citizen is angry. The Resistance has managed to twist their sense of right and wrong and now they are vehemently opposed to Emperor Cole and Praetorian Law.

Powers

Inherent Brawl.png Rock Ranged, Smash
Prisoners can pick up small rocks and throw them at their foes. Not much damage.

Inherent Brawl.png Brawl Melee, Smash
When all else fails, use your own 2 fists.

This Praetorian citizen is not only angry, but their preaching has driven others into anger against Cole and the government. They've even brought improvised weapons with the pretense of taking the fight to Cole. Who do these people think they're fooling?

The explosion from the Fire Bomb affects all within the blast and sets them on fire.
