Account level badges are badges that apply to an entire account. Every character created under that account will be awarded all account level badges on the account.
Account level badges are badges that apply to an entire account. Every character created under that account is awarded all account level badges on the account. Presently, the only account level badges are some Architect Entertainment badges which, once earned, are applied to all characters.
 
note that there are actually two levels of account badges.  Veteran badges and the ones from purchasing specific editions of the game are applied to all characters on both the test and live servers.  Account level Architect Entertainment badges must be earned separately on Test and Live servers, but once earned they are applied to all characters on the same set of servers (Live or Test).
