Graffiti Communicator is an exploration badge for visiting a communication building on the mountain in The Hollows at (-1384.5, 494.0, 1492.5) .
The Pinnacle Apartments were some of the most sought after apartments in Eastgate, until the Hollowing. Now all that's left to remember them is this billboard. Some say it's ironic that it would be the last thing still standing.
Description
Longbow works side by side with the Legacy Chain to maintain this small outpost in the Hollows, using it to relay the activities of the Circle of Thorns in the nearby area. They have run into ongoing issues with the various gangs in the Hollows spray-painting the building with their logos.
