Impeded Swiftness

Impeded Swiftness is a Slow Movement enhancement set in the Invention System. It is available in the 10-30 level range.
There are six enhancements in this set:
- Impeded Swiftness: Accuracy/Slow,
- Impeded Swiftness: Damage/Slow,
- Impeded Swiftness: Accuracy/Endurance,
- Impeded Swiftness: Range/Slow,
- Impeded Swiftness: Endurance/Recharge/Slow, and
- Impeded Swiftness: Chance for Smashing Damage
.
Only one of each of these types of enhancements may be slotted per power, except for unique enhancements which, if present, are denoted by the 
symbol and are limited to one per build.
The following set bonuses apply when slotting more than one of the enhancements in this set into a single power:
- Two enhancements reduces the duration of Immobilize effects on you by 2.2%.
- Three enhancements improves the duration of your Slow effects by 3%.
- Four enhancements reduces the duration of Stun effects on you by 2.2%.
- Five enhancements reduces the duration of Hold effects on you by 2.2%.
- Six enhancements increases Melee defense by 2.5%.
