/malefactor name or /mal "name"

A COV-themed command, the COH-themed command is /exemplar name or /ex name, though the commands work in both games (i.e. a villian can use /ex name). This chat command is how a lower leveled character can request to be a lackey of a higher-leveled one. A higher-leveled character wishing to take on a lackey needs to use the /lackey name or /lk name command.
