The Council's propaganda seems to be having an effect on the people in Founders' Falls. I guess everyone needs someone to look up to, and the Council's powers lets them take advantage of that. I'd like you to head over there and engage some Council soldiers in combat. People have a lot of respect for you in this town, Character. You've got the power to discourage folks from joining the Council.
