How to Get
Halloween
This costume is not available during Halloween Events.
Events
This power was given away at San Diego Comic-Con 2011. The codes were printed on cards that included the attendees' name and photograph. It was later awarded as a prize to some people who watched UStream chats.
Paragon Market
This power was available for sale separately on the Paragon Market for 480 Paragon Points on August 14, 2012.
It was also available as part of the Imperial Defense Force Transformation Power Pack for 240pp until August 20, 2012.
