Description
You showed Arachnos how tough you were in Paragon City.
How to Get
To earn the Paragon of Vice Badge, you must complete the Defeat all Arachnos Personnel mission from Willy Wheeler.
As a Flashback arc, you must complete the fourth mission of "There's a Sucker Born Every Minute" in the Malcontent (Level 15-19) section.
