02/21/06 Patch Notes

COMBINED

Powers

  • Fixed a bug in the Teleportation travel power. The cast time previously allowed you to cast the power a second time before the animation finished. This has been corrected.
  • Increased total Endurance for Elite Bosses (slight increase to Boss and Lts.)

UI

  • Temp powers that can be purchased are now buyable even when the enhancement tray is full.

City Zones

  • Siren's Call, Warburg: Added police drones to hospital interiors

CITY OF HEROES

Powers

  • Slightly modified Carnival of Shadows, Vanessa's powers.
  • Controller Ancillary power Earth's Embrace now correctly adds more to max hit points when slotted with Heal enhancements.

CITY OF VILLAINS

Powers

  • Dominators "Smoke" power will now correctly auto-hit Heroic critters. It still requires a To Hit check versus players, however.
  • Assault Bots no longer "smash" their targets.
