Pilot / Grounded is a day job badge for 100 hours logged out near Black Helicopters.
You have aided Arachnos by piloting its fliers, helping Lord Recluse better mobilize his troops, earning you the Pilot Day Job. Logging out near a Black Helicopter will earn you a Speed Bonus, when you log back in, for a short time.
Arachnos is more likely to pound you into dust than let you near one of their fliers. And your license is no good in Paragon City, it seems.

The Experienced Pilot day job power grants 15% run speed, fly speed, jump speed, and jump height.
Before a character earns this badge:
For every 2 hours logged out, a character gains 1 minute duration, up to a maximum of 2 hours duration.
After a character earns this badge:
For every 1.4 hours logged out, a character gains 1 minute duration, up to a maximum of 2 hours duration.
