:Technically they are likely, not confirmed. Until we get a definitive post from a dev or a feature page, they aren't guaranteed. ::o.o true.. the confirmed state depends on how accurate the press releases are. Several have them listed as being in the expansion and the two new NPCs are listed as having those sets.
