The Perfect Hacker is an events badge for a team that completes the Hacker's objectives in the "Casino Heist" part of the Summer Blockbuster trial.

How to Get
During each of the two phases, enter the guard-patrolled computer terminal rooms, and click all three computer terminals. You may either avoid or fight the patrols.
A character with high damage can defeat the guards and still have time to click the terminals. A character with high defense can click the terminals while under fire. Otherwise, players can use stealth, such as the Hacker's Stealth temporary power, obstacles to block line of sight, and timing. Pets and the Hitter (first phase only) can also distract or defeat the guards while the Hacker clicks terminals.
If the Hacker succeeds in both phases, every member of the team gets this badge.
