The Weaver is believed to be the original founder of the terrorist organization Arachnos. The Weaver used Arachnos to help bring Benito Mussolini to power in Italy. It is also rumored that Arachnos had a hand in bringing Mussolini down.
The Weaver was assassinated by the Red Widow at the beheast of one of his top lieutienants, Lord Recluse.
