How to Get
The Toy Collector badge is obtained by opening a total of 200 gifts spread throughout Paragon City and the Rogue Isles during the Winter Events (2005 and later). As such, it is only available during those events.

When you obtain this badge, you will unlock the Snowbeast Gladiator badge.
