Overview
The Valentine's Day Event (alternately known as the "Spring Fling") is an annual occurrence in the "City Of" franchise. It runs for a brief period surrounding Valentine's Day.
Hallmarks of this event are themed costume parts, heroes and villains working together, and Snaptooth.
