Maintain an active account for the time period beginning August 15, 2009 and ending November 15, 2009.
Notes
This badge displays different names, depending on a character's current alignment.
- Vigilant on heroes and vigilantes
- Determined on villains and rogues
- This badge is awarded at creation only to heroes who start in Paragon City or villains who start in the Rogue Isles. Characters who start as Praetorians are awarded the True to the Last badge instead.
