Women Scorned is an enemy group that appeared during Halloween Events. They appear when players enter range of the Blue Banner of Scorn during the Deadly Apocalypse. They take the form of female Mother Mayhem Lunatics, Vahzilok and Coven.

Lesser Scorned take the appearance and powers of female Children of Anger and Witches.
