Denial of Service Badge
Description
You crept a bit too close to the danger zone and got burned.
How to Get
Attempt (and fail) to pass through the sonic barrier surrounding Praetoria. This badge is granted by the Terminal Teleport power, an effect encountered near Sonic Fence Pylons beyond the Slow Field and Terminal Field effects.
While any zone boundary of Praetoria could feasibly grant this badge, it requires surviving the Terminal Field which appears to vary in depth in some locations. Not every rush into the barrier will get you the badge, in most spots the distance is too great and the Terminal Field will send you to the Hospital. If you get one of the right spots you will be teleported to a safe distance, hopefully before your hit points run out.
TIP: A good place is just North of the Behavioral Adjustment Facility (in Imperial City), the bit of beach sticking out. If you want to succeed on your first attempt, get regeneration aura from an empathy defender (or other power set that has this same buff) and you should easily reach the invisible line to achieve the badge at which point it will bounce you back out of the area.
