Proc: This enhancement has a chance of taking effect each time its power is used.

Unique: No more than one enhancement of this type may be slotted per build.

Level 50: Characters must be level 50 to slot this enhancement.

This recipe may not be purchased at a Merit Vendor.

Alignment Merits are no longer used to purchase recipes. The Alignment Merit cost of this recipe was 20 Merits.

Astral Merits cannot now be used to purchase recipes This recipe never could be.

Empyrean Merits cannot now be used to purchase recipes The Empyrean Merit cost of this recipe was 40 Merits.

Effects

This enhancement gives a 16.6% chance to have a "Build Up" power affect the pets using this enhancement.

Recipe

This recipe cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by purchasing from a Reward Merit Vendor as an Invention Origin Enhancement Recipe, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is a very rare drop.

This recipe can't be sold to stores. However, other players may be willing to buy it through the Auction House.

This recipe is considered level 50 for crafting purposes. The requirements for crafting this enhancement are:
