Description

It doesn't matter who or where, you will stop anyone who threatens your city.
Villains
Having a reputation for beating down villains has actually helped more than hurt you in the Rogue Isles.
How to Get
Defeat 25 "signature villains", initially encompassing Safeguard Mission villains, but later expanded to many different groups.

Unlockable Contact
This badge unlocks the Agent Hassell contact, an Unlockable Contact who gives out Safeguard Missions on request for Heroes from levels 10-50.
Notes
- Any enemy from the following groups count: more groups??
- Does not have to be of Archvillain rank to count.
- The second story arc (called A New War) from the primal Earth version of Provost Marchand contains ten signature villains in the first two missions and is an efficient means of earning this badge
- Other good places to find groups of enemies that count include the Statesman Task Force, signature villains in Recluse's Victory, and Tip Missions.
- The equivalent Mayhem Mission badge is Hero Slayer.
