/option_save

Saves the current game options in a settings file named options.txt.

The options.txt file is located in the game's Default Folder.
This file will be in text format, and will list all options by name, followed by either an integer or a hexadecimal setting.
The file is loaded automatically into new characters and acts as your account's default options setup.
Be aware that using the option_save command will overwrite the default options file with the option settings on the current character.
