New Contact(s)

Dr. Ann-Marie Engles is a real expert in the field of cybernetics. She is fascinated with the technical aspect of the Vahzilok and the social impact of the Outcasts. Dr. Engles has set up shop in Skyway City.

You'll learn a lot from Dr. Engles; she's always happy to lend heroes a hand.

Information

Courier

Being a courier in Paragon City requires more than a little bravery. With so much chaos and adventure in the streets, any job that keeps you on the move is bound to be eventful at the very least. Alfonse Rubel relishes these adventures, and he loves his work. He knows the ins and ours of most of the city streets, and he has friends and contacts everywhere. As a result, he's always hearing important tips and tidbits that he happily passes on to the city's heroes.

Initial Contact

This city moves fast. If you can't keep pace, you get swept under.

Go to Kings Row and show the Skulls they can't pick on Paragon City's businessmen

Briefing

The Skulls have started extorting money from the business owners in Kings Row. If the victims don't pay up, the Skulls trash their businesses. Someone's got to get to Kings Row and show the Skulls they can't pick on Paragon City's businessmen. I think you're just the one to do it.

You can find a lot of Skulls in the Gish, or near the Royal Refinery.

Mission Objective(s)

  • Combat Skulls in Kings Row
    • Defeat 10 Skulls

You have discouraged the Skulls from extorting money from business owners in Kings Row.

Debriefing

Kings Row owes you one. I'm glad we can keep the wheels of commerce turning over there.

Investigate the warehouse

Briefing

I need you to investigate a warehouse for me. Eyewitnesses say they've seen people walk in, stay for a couple of hours, then leave looking much bigger and stronger than when they entered. One of the witnesses said the warehouse is under the control of a homeless man called Unlucky Pete. I'd like you to track him down; he may well have some answers for us.

This could be the first step towards figuring out what is behind the strange behavior of the homeless.

Mission Objective(s)

This warehouse should be busy, but the only people you've seen are the bedraggled members of the city's homeless population.

  • Defeat Unlucky Pete and his helpers

You defeated Unlucky Pete.

Notable NPCs

Enemies

The Lost

Debriefing

More of those Lost. Interesting. You say the leader wanted the rest of the homeless to undergo some kind of change? I think we're on the trail of something big.

Investigate Peterson Waste Management and stop any Skull plot you discover

Briefing

No one has been seen leaving the offices of Peterson Waste Management for the last few days. I've heard rumors of Skulls in the area, and I'm afraid they may have done something to those office workers. I need you to investigate Peterson Waste Management and stop any Skull plot you discover. You only have 75 minutes to stop the Skull plot.

I have a bad feeling about this. But I firmly believe you can handle it.

Mission Objective(s)

A woman's scream is followed by the sound of a vicious slap.

  • Stop Skull leader and his crew - 1:15:00
    • 5 hostages to save, 5 bombs to disarm

You rescued the hostages and dismantled the bombs.

Clue
The office worker's story

One of the office workers you rescued told you:

'They tried to force us to take Superadine! And I heard one of them say that taking too much can turn you into one of the Trolls!'

Notes

  • There is not a named Skulls leader in the mission. Clearing the final room fulfils the objective requirements.

Notable NPCs

  • 5 Terrified office workers (Hostages)

Enemies

Skulls

Debriefing

So the Skulls were trying to poison those people by forcing them to overdose on Superadine? It just doesn't make sense. There's no connection at all between the Skulls and Peterson Waste Management. I really think the Skulls are small time players with big time backing. I'd bet my life they're doing the bidding of somebody else!
