Overview

Teleportation is one of the Power Pools available to all characters. It grants various travel abilities and teleportation combat abilities.

Players are able to pick Combat Teleport, Teleport Target, and Teleport starting from level 4 in any order without any prerequisite. Team Teleport and Fold Space are level 14 power choices, and require two other Teleportation Powers before selection.

Combat Teleport.png Combat Teleport

You can teleport moderate distances extremely quickly. These quick teleports surprise foes, giving your next attack a small ToHit advantage. This power can be used up to 3 times in a row before it starts recharging. Note that Combat Teleport is unaffected by Range changes.

Historical

This section contains information that no longer applies to the current version of Homecoming: City of Heroes/Villains. It is provided for historical purposes.

  • Issue 21 reduced the first three powers (Recall Friend, Teleport Foe, and Teleport) from levels 6, 6, and 14 respectively, to each unlocking at level 4. Issue 21 also reduced the fourth power (Team Teleport) to level 14, and introduced Long Range Teleport at level 14.
  • Issue 27, Page 1 combined the functionality of Teleport Foe and Recall Friend into Teleport Target, which replaced Recall Friend. Teleport Foe was replaced with Combat Teleport. Long Range Teleport was reworked as an accolade power Long Range Teleporter and replaced with Fold Space.
