Dram was a store NPC located in Pocket D during the Valentine's Day Event 2006 and Valentine's Day Event 2007. His coordinates are (-135, 30, -825)^[Copy] .

Dram is one of the best bartenders the Pocket D has ever had. He likes the perks better on the Villain side so that's where he spends his time.
