The Scrapyarders are an enemy group in City of Villains.

These poor chumps think they've got a chance against the Cage Consortium. Sure their working conditions are atrocious. If most of them weren't former criminals and other troublemakers maybe they could have found better jobs in St. Martial or Grandville instead of this dump.

The Havoc Punch is a slower attack than Charged Brawl, but makes up for it with greater damage and a chance to knock the target off their feet. Havoc Punch can drain some Endurance from your target and may overload its synapses, leaving them writhing for a moment. Disturbing an overloaded target will disperse the electrical charge and release him.

Spinnerette is a lieutenant of the Scrapyarder hero known as Iron Widow. She is a champion of the Scrapyarder cause in Sharkhead.

Powers
Subdue Ranged, Moderate DMG(Psionic), Foe Immobilize
Subdue deals moderate damage and may leave the targeted foe Immobilized for a brief time. Immobilized foes can not move but can still attack.
Telekinetic Blast Ranged, High DMG(Smash/Psionic), Foe Knockback
You can use Telekinesis to Blast a targeted foe with the power of your mind. This attack deals Smashing and Psionic damage, and can knock your opponent back.
Mental Blast Ranged, Moderate DMG(Psionic), Foe -Recharge
The basic psionic attack does moderate damage and can slightly reduce a target's attack speed.
Heal Other Ally Heal
Heals a single targeted ally. You cannot use this power to heal yourself.
Healing Aura PBAoE, Team Heal
Healing Aura restores some Hit Points to you and all nearby heroes. Healing Aura is not as potent as Heal Other, but can heal multiple targets at once.
Regeneration Aura PBAoE, Ally +Regeneration
The Regeneration Aura dramatically increases the healing rate of all nearby heroes for a limited time. Emitting this Aura costs you a lot of Endurance, and it takes a long time to recharge.
Iron Widow
Main Article: Iron Widow
Iron Widow is the secretive leader of the Scrapyarders ever since the murder of Scrapyard at the hands of the deadly Captain Mako. She handles most of the Scrapyarder operations out of Paragon City to avoid death at the hands of Cage Consortium and Arachnos assassins who find her agenda to disruptive to operations on the Rogue Isles.

The Sea Witch can call forth a tremendous Thunder Clap that will Disorient most foes in a large area around her.
Tornado Summon Tornado: PBAoE, Minor DoT(Smash), Foe Knockback, Disorient, -DEF
Conjures up a funnel cloud at a targeted location. The Tornado will chase down your foes, tossing them into the air and hurling them great distances. The victims are left Disoriented and with reduced Defense. The Tornado is a menacing sight, and can even cause panic among your foes.
Lightning Storm Summon Lightning Storm
The Sea Witch can create a massive Lightning Storm that will strike any foe that approaches her. Lightning from this storm can knock down and damage all nearby foes, and can even instill panic. Lightning bolts will continue to fall as long as the storm remains.

Now this is disturbing. Captain Mako tore this guy to pieces years ago, yet here he stands, smashing everything in his way with his spectral hammer. You really hope every cape who has felt your wrath doesn't pull this poltergeist routine. It'll be a busy decade if they do.

You swing your mace in a wide arc in front of you. This attack strikes all foes within melee range, deals them serious damage, and knocks them down.

The Ghost of Scrapyard smashes the ground deal moderate damage to every foe in melee range, while knocking them back.

Wave of Shadows Ranged (Cone), Moderate DoT(Negative), Foe -ToHit
The Ghost of Scrapyard unleashes a cone shaped burst of particles from the Netherworld. All targets within the range of this power take Negative Energy damage and have a reduced Accuracy.
Life Drain Ranged, High DMG(Negative), Foe -ToHit, Self Heal
The Ghost of Scrapyard has drained your life to heal himself. Your Accuracy is reduced.
Necroplasmic Grasp Melee, Extreme DoT(Negative), Foe Hold
The Ghost of Scrapyard has enveloped you in it's Necroplasmic Grasp. You are Held as your life is drained.
