Description
This device was invented by Positron, specifically to interfere with the signals the Clockwork King uses to animate his minions. This is the most powerful version, and should be effective against the Clockwork King himself. Positron apologizes that it still only has one shot.
How to Get
This power is granted to the team member which talks to Positron during the Check out the three warehouses mission in the Synapse Task Force.
