Overview
Icy Assault is a standard power set that is a secondary set for Dominators.
"Ice Assault allows the player to use Cold-based attacks. Conjure up frozen melee weapons or hurl deadly shards of Ice. Icy powers are known for their ability to slow an opponent."

Bitter Ice Blast
A slower yet more powerful version of Ice Blast, Bitter Ice Blast deals much more damage and can also reduce your enemy's chance to hit. Like other Ice Blast powers, Bitter Ice Blast can slow a target's movement and attack speed.
