- +++ Missing Information +++
Level 40-44
If you are looking for someone who has information on Nemesis, you should speak to Maxwell Christopher. He is a high level FBSA agent. Maxwell has access to Invention and Gadget enhancements.
Mister Christopher is a good agent, even if he is a bit gruff.
Angus McQueen is an FBI agent who the Rikti attempted to convert while he was investigating their organization. He has more information on the Rikti that no one can match... or confirm. He also has Relic, Focus, Gadget, Invention, and Genetic Alteration enhancements.
Angus was not unaffected by the Rikti, but he managed to resist a transformation that few have been able to.
Indigo is the code name for one half of the most successful team of super spies that our government has. She has dedicated herself to bringing down the Malta Group. She usually works with mutants and can provide Focus and Genetic Alteration Enhancements.
Indigo and her partner Crimson are very different personalities, but they make a deadly team.
Information
Police Liaison
Detective Selnum left a career with the Navy after the war and came to Peregrine Island. Though he originally started off as a private investigator, he later joined the PPD.
Wrong Detective
Just wait a second, Character, we'll get this figured out, just let me look at the paperwork. Okay, according to this, you're not working with me right now. Huh. Maybe you should talk to McLord.
Too Low Level
You've still got a ways to go. Peregrine Island is a great place, but you should really be around security level 40 before you spend too much time here.
Initial Contact
Okay. You're Character, I get that. Now let me make sure you have what you need. You got the Police Band radio frequencies? Okay, now if you help us out some, we'll know we can count on you, and we'll be sure to call you if anything big is going to happen.
Now that you've gotten a Police Radio, you can start scanning Police chatter to hear about the crimes as they're committed in your current zone. You can then act on a report by selecting it from the Police Radio, listed under your Contacts.
Greeting
- Welcome to the island.
- Island life is pretty good, Character.
Too Busy
Character, you've just got to learn to pace yourself. You've already got too much going on. Come back when you've finished some of the things you're doing.
Missions
Protect Founders' Falls bank
While listening for the latest signs of trouble, you hear a call asking for heroes to speak with Contact directly. Something big is happening.
Briefing
We have reports of an attack by the Council against the Founders' Falls bank! The situation is dire, and we need a hero or a team of heroes to head to Founders Falls and stop that attack! The robbery is in progress, so you won't have more than 5 minutes to thwart the heist before they make an escape. There are rumors that Arachnos may have loaned the Council one of their elite villains to this mission, so be ready to call for back up.
This is a Safeguard mission. Once you prevent the heist, you will have 15 minutes to explore the area and potentially earn extra rewards before the P.P.D. lock down the area. You can earn extra time by defeating vandals and completing side missions.
Mission Acceptance
The Council and the villain aren't the only problem. Word has it that Crey Industries has decided to test their latest "Defensive Weaponry" by trying it out during the cover of the attack! The more you stop them, the less of a chance their weapons testing will bear fruit.
Periodically, vandals will arrive to destroy parts of the city. You will see a message when they arrive, and their locations will be displayed in your minimap.
Mission Refusal
What?! I understand, Character. You no doubt have some very important things to do. We'll do our best to stop them, but it doesn't look good.
Unnecessary Solicitation
Go protect Founders' Falls!
Mission Objective(s)
Founders' Falls. A bastion of true beauty, marred by the presence of the Crey Corporation lining the streets. The Council are standing at alert at certain locations, while causing a distraction by destroying property in others. You've been tipped off that Arachnos will lead the charge to the bank, so stay alert!.

Protect Peregrine Island bank
While listening for the latest signs of trouble, you hear a call asking for heroes to speak with Contact directly. Something big is happening.
Briefing
The Carnival of Shadows is at it again! This time, they're rampaging through Peregrine Island. Looting, arson, you name it, they're pulling it. Sources say that this is just a distraction from a main objective though, a bank heist, being led by one of Arachnos' elite troops on loan by order of Lord Recluse himself. Be prepared, you may need back-up on this mission. Arachnos troops have been spotted at the bank, so you should head over there right now. You probably have about 5 minutes or less before they make their escape.
This is a Safeguard mission. Once you prevent the heist, you will have 15 minutes to explore the area and potentially earn extra rewards before the P.P.D. lock down the area. You can earn extra time by defeating vandals and completing side missions.
Mission Acceptance
It looks like the Carnies had everything planned out except for one element: Malta Group Operatives have come out of nowhere to take the streets. I'm concerned that they're hunting any heroes who try to respond. Stop the Carnies and Malta as much as you can, and the streets will be safe once again.
Go protect Peregrine Island!
Mission Objective(s)
Your priorities are simple, but not easy: Stop the Carnival's rampages and prevent their destructive schemes, and clear the streets of the Malta. Even with this information, you still feel that someone else is involved.
