Superior Avalanche

Superior Avalanche is a PBAoE Damage attuned enhancement set obtained by catalyzing the standard Avalanche Winter Origin Enhancement set. It is available only at level 50.

There are six enhancements in this set:

• Superior Avalanche: Accuracy/Damage ,
• Superior Avalanche: Damage/Endurance ,
• Superior Avalanche: Accuracy/Damage/Recharge ,
• Superior Avalanche: Accuracy/Damage/Endurance ,
• Superior Avalanche: Accuracy/Damage/Endurance/Recharge , and
• Superior Avalanche: Recharge/Chance for Knockdown  .

Only one of each of these types of enhancements may be slotted per power, except for unique enhancements which, if present, are denoted by the symbol and are limited to one per build.

The following set bonuses apply when slotting more than one of the enhancements in this set into a single power:

• Two enhancements increases Slow Resistance by 15%.
• Three enhancements increases Fire and Cold Resistance by 6%.
• Three enhancements reduces the duration of Immobilize effects on you by 10%.
• Three enhancements reduces the duration of Hold effects on you by 10%.
• Three enhancements reduces the duration of Stun effects on you by 10%.
• Three enhancements reduces the duration of Sleep effects on you by 10%.
• Three enhancements reduces the duration of Fear effects on you by 10%.
• Three enhancements reduces the duration of Confuse effects on you by 10%.
• Four enhancements increases Recovery by 4%.
• Five enhancements increases Melee Defense by 5%.
• Five enhancements increases Smashing and Lethal Defense by 2.5%.
• Six enhancements increases Fire and Cold Defense by 5%.
• Six enhancements increases Area Effect Defense by 2.5%.

Superior Avalanche enhancements are created by applying an Enhancement Catalyst, individually, to each standard Avalanche enhancement. The standard and superior versions of each enhancement are mutually exclusive.
