This is an enhancement in the Superior Blaster's Wrath set.

Unique: No more than one enhancement of this type may be slotted per build.

Proc: This enhancement has a chance of taking effect each time its power is used.

Level 50: Characters must be level 50 to slot this enhancement.

This enhancement provides a chance to inflict moderate fire damage to your target. This effect will trigger approximately 5 times per minute.

This enhancement improves the recharge rate of your power by the following amounts:

Level	50
Recharge	+23.2%

This enhancement cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by catalyzing the Blaster's Wrath: Recharge/Chance for Fire Damage archetype origin enhancement, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is not a drop.
