Unique: No more than one enhancement of this type may be slotted per build.

Proc: This enhancement has a chance of taking effect each time its power is used.

Effects

This enhancement adds a chance to heal the target for a small bonus amount in a PvE zone, or will increase the regeneration rate of the target slightly in a PvP zone. This enhancement also adds a chance to infuse the target with a small amount of endurance. This effect will trigger approximately 3 times per minute. Its minimum proc chance is 9.5%, and its maximum is 90%.

This recipe cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by purchasing from a Reward Merit Vendor as an Invention Origin Enhancement Recipe, by defeating enemies, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is a rare drop.

This recipe can't be sold to stores. However, other players may be willing to buy it through the Auction House.
