Overview
There are two types of presents that have made appearances in City of Heroes and City of Villains.
Winter Event 2004
In the Winter Event of 2004, presents were a type of inspiration gained by defeating a Winter Lord. They bestowed upon the user a random special reward. Some of the rewards included:
- Protection from experience debt for an amount of time.
- Healing the user completely.
- Restoring the user's endurance completely.
Winter Event 2005
Presents are the object of some event missions in the Winter Event 2005.
Winter Event 2006
Present +DMG(ALL) Holiday
You Received the Gift of Power and you now strike with a lot more damage.
+Def
You recived the Gift of Defense. Your Defense is now greatly increased.
+heal(AOE) (note! this is healing double that of Healing Aura)
You receive the Gift of Life and some of your health is restored.
+end (AOE)
You receive the Gift of Energy and gain a lot of Endurance.
Clicking presents give a present insp or one of three temp powers (when nice). Build snowbeast, snowballs, or mystery Gift.
