Overview
The Sewer Network (not to be confused with the Abandoned Sewer Network) of Paragon City is not a place utilities workers go anymore. The grimy, filthy water and rusty pipes are now the venue for hordes of smelly scoundrels. The maze-like corridors hide many dangerous foes, and ample turns for anyone to get lost among. The enemies are numerous, and tougher than what you can expect to find in Atlas Park or Galaxy City. There are no contacts or trainers down here, only villains looking for trouble. Rumor has it that the Rikti fled to even deeper parts of the sewers when their invasion was defeated.
Sewer Network Reconnaissance Officer (Atlas Park Entrance)
You know, you get used to the smell after a while. A while ago, I couldn't stand it for more than ten minutes down here. Now I'm all but immune to the exceptionally, er, strong fumes. But, what can you do? This is Sewers.
I hope you aren't planning on fighting solo because with the size of the badge guys down here, they could squash you flat. No lie. Sure, this is a great place to earn some serious 'awesome points' with your friends and family, but if you're not careful, you could wind up in a sludge-nap of green slime. It's not pretty
Seriously. It could happen. You should see my friend. One last thing, mind the door over there, too, it leads to the Abandoned Sewers and they're not for the weak.
See my report for more information. It should give you an idea what to expect:

Suggested Squad Parameters: 5 to 8-person teams
Highlights:
- This is the hub of the sewers
- Speak to Mairenn MacGregor outside the Atlas Park Sewer entrance for more information about joining a Task Force to battle this high-level threat.
Identified Hostiles:
Amenities:
- Note: In-game text doesn't reflect that Hydra are only in the Abandoned Sewer Network and the Vahzilok are in the Sewer Network.
Sewer Network Reconnaissance Officer (Kings Row Entrance)
Hold your nose, my friend, because you just entered the Sewers. I hope you didn't come alone because you're going to need some serious firepower down here. On the flip side, this is a great place to earn some street cred with your hero buddies. But, again, if you're not careful you could end up face-down in a stream of green sludge.
Seriously, it happened to a friend of mine. It wasn't pretty. One last thing, mind the door over there, too, it leads to the Abandoned Sewers and they're not for the weak.

Same as Reconnaissance Officer at Atlas Park entrance.

Sewer Network Reconnaissance Officer (Skyway City Entrance)
Phewwwww! It's pretty nasty down here. What can you expect, though? You just walked into the Sewers, my friend. I really hope you have some friends to fight alongside you because the baddies down here hang in packs and you're definitely going to need the help. Sure it's a great spot to earn some bragging points with friends and family about your heroic trials, but if you're not paying attention you're going to end up face-down in some green sludge.

Sewer Network Reconnaissance Officer (Boomtown Entrance)
I hate this stinkin' place. You might want to close your eyes and hold your nose because, like it or not, this is the Sewers. I hope you didn't come alone; this is no place for the weak. Forget street cred. I mean, you can if you want to, but if you try to be a big show-off you could end up face down in some disgusting green sludge.
For real. It happened to me and my 'friends' won't let me live it down. Learn from me, pal. Safety in numbers. I still stink like, ugh, I don't even want to think about it. Oh, and don't use that door over there unless you're a really high Security Level. That leads to the Abandoned Sewers and they're tough.
