Soulbound Allegiance: Chance for Build Up is an enhancement in the Soulbound Allegiance set.
Unique: No more than one enhancement of this type may be slotted per build.
Proc: This enhancement has a chance of taking effect each time its power is used.
Level 50: Characters must be level 50 to slot this enhancement.
Effects
This enhancement gives a 16.6% chance to have a "Build Up" power affect the pets using this enhancement.
Recipe
This recipe cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by purchasing from a Reward Merit Vendor as an Invention Origin Enhancement Recipe, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is a very rare drop.
This recipe can't be sold to stores. However, other players may be willing to buy it through the Auction House.
This recipe is considered level 50 for crafting purposes. The requirements for crafting this enhancement are:
