Description
This statue was erected to pay tribute to Marcus Cole, publicly known as Statesman. Ms. Liberty and Longbow have refused to confirm or deny the persistent rumor that the statue was commissioned by Stefan Richter himself.
Location
The On the Shoulders of Giants Badge is located in the Statesman One Plaza in Kallisti Wharf. The badge marker is located on the left shoulder of the statue of Statesman in the center of the city.
Its coordinates are (4286, 148, 2720) .
Note
The On the Shoulder of Giants Badge is awarded to characters of any alignment. Badge added in Issue 27.
