Overview

The Ravenna Conclave is an enemy faction that spawns during the Sister Valeria contact arc, levels 44-54.

These warriors of the Ravenna Conclave are unassuming, but fierce. Few report back to tell the stories of engaging one of them in combat, but those who do give wild and unbelieveable accounts of their prowess being mixed with magic.

Your attack and movement rate have been Slowed by a Shadow Blast.

Star Punch Melee, Light DMG(Smash/Negative), Foe Disorient, -Recharge, -Speed
You have been Disoriented, and your attack and movement rate have been Slowed by a Star Punch.

Nictus Imbuement Auto, Self Res( S10 L10 N30 ), +MaxHP
This Ravenna adherent has absorbed Nictus particles, granting resistance.

Like the Helots beneath them, these Perioeci are not full citizens of Ravenna; they are warriors proving their power and devotion to the cause, to eventually earn the right to be shown the true Path of the Dark as the Ravenna call it, to not merely sip from the power within but to fully embrace it.

Raven Sword Circle PBAoE Melee, High DMG(Lethal/Negative), Foe -Resist(Negative)
Make an attack on every foe within melee distance with the raven-black blade. Those struck are left vulnerable to negative energy.

Raven Sword Melee, Moderate DMG(Lethal/Negative), Foe -Resist(Negative)
Successful attacks with this Nictus-infused blade leave enemies more susceptible to Negative Energy attacks.

Push Back Melee (Cone), Superior DMG(Smash), Foe Knockdown
You attempt to Shatter the bones of your opponent by striking them with all your might. This attack will deal great damage and can knock foes back a great ways. The power of this attack can actually extend a short distance through multiple foes.

Essence Drain Melee, Moderate DMG(Negative), Foe -Recharge, -Speed, Self Heal
You tap the primal forces of your Nictus power to create an Essence Draining conduit between a foe and yourself. This will transfer Hit Points from your enemy to you. Foes drained in this manner have their attack rate and movement speed reduced.

Aging Touch Melee, Moderate DMG(Psionic), Minor DoT(Psionic), Foe -Endurance
You touch an enemy and accelerate their aging process causing exhaustion and psionic damage. Affected enemies will continue to age for a limited time, and suffering psionic damage over time. Targets affected by the Delayed effect will suffer from a more psionic damage over time.

Pilum Ranged, High DMG(Lethal)
You throw a pilum at a foe, dealing heavy damage.

Your coordination with allies grants you enhanced protection.

Roman Armor Auto, Self Def( S15 L15 F15 C15 E15 N15 ), Resist(Defense Debuff)
Roman Armor will deflect most types of attacks and grants protection from Defense Debuff effects.

Livia, Priestess of Ravenna

Livia is a prominent matriarch that presides over the small Roman settlement of Ravenna, and has been slowly gathering influence and consolidating power as she organizes the town into an organized society within the Cimeroran Empire. Little is known of where she came from, other than she is the daughter of a Senator and rumored to have once been courted by Imperious as a potential wife and Empress. She now appears to be fully engaged in some other type of political intrigue, and nobody can say for sure what it is.
