Information
Police Liaison
Detective Hutchinson and his partner Davids are assigned to the mean streets of Independence Port. Together, they make the grooviest crime-fighting duo of the decade.
Wrong Detective
Cool it out, Character. I'm undercover. I can't help you right now. Talk to my partner, Detective Davids.
Too Low Level
Swing back on by when you're at least level 20. Then it'll be time to get groovy.
Initial Contact
What it is, Character. I'm Hutchinson. Undercover Detective. I work the streets of Independence Port, but we can always use the help of heroes like you. Let me make sure you're clued in to the local police band radio frequencies. If you help us out, we'll come to you if anything crazy happens. Dig?
Now that you've gotten a Police Radio, you can start scanning Police chatter to hear about the crimes as they're committed in your current zone. You can then act on a report by selecting it from the Police Radio, listed under your Contacts.

No More Missions
Maybe you've done too much good, Character. There's not much going on right now.

Protect Independence Port bank
While listening for the latest signs of trouble, you hear a call asking for heroes to speak with Contact directly. Something big is happening.
Briefing
We've just learned that a Villain from the Rogue Isles is about to attack Independence Port in a mission of mayhem and bank robbery, aided by members of the Family. The City needs her defenders to get over to Independence Port and protect the city and the bankfrom those villains! We have seen a live videofeed of the bank, and it is under attack as we speak, so you should head over there quick. You probably have about 5 minutes or less before they make their escape.
This is a Safeguard mission. Once you prevent the heist, you will have 15 minutes to explore the area and potentially earn extra rewards before the P.P.D. lock down the area. You can earn extra time by defeating vandals and completing side missions.
Mission Acceptance
We know that the villain is working with the Family for this mission, but we've also learned that the Council is planning to take to the streets themselves to take advantage of the situation. While your main objective is going to be the villain and the members of the Family, stopping any bad guys will be less of a burden for the P.P.D. reinforcements.
Periodically, vandals will arrive to destroy parts of the city. You will see a message when they arrive, and their locations will be displayed in your minimap.
Mission Refusal
What?! I understand, Character. You no doubt have some very important things to do. We'll do our best to stop them, but it doesn't look good.
Unnecessary Solicitation
Go protect Independence Port!
Mission Objective(s)
You've reached Independence Port just as the attack began. Go find the members of the Family that are causing the mayhem and trying to rob the bank. Teach them a lesson they won't forget!

A wanted poster of Double Tap. You remember him. An overzealous 'vigilante' criminally obsessed with punishing the guilty more than helping the innocent. If the Family's interested, maybe you should check this out.
