Decimation: Chance for Build Up
Decimation: Chance for Build Up is an enhancement in the Decimation set.
Proc: This enhancement has a chance of taking effect each time its power is used.
Unique: No more than one enhancement of this type may be slotted per build.
Effects
This enhancement gives a 5% chance to grant Boost Up to the caster for 10 seconds. Boost Up is a passive power with effects identical to Build Up for 5.25 seconds, then no effect for 4.75 seconds.
Recipe
This recipe cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by purchasing from a Reward Merit Vendor as an Invention Origin Enhancement Recipe, by defeating enemies, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is a rare drop.
This recipe may be sold to a store for 200 inf per level. However, other players may be willing to pay more for it through the Auction House.
