Dampening Field (Temp)

Description
You are being affected by a Dampening Field. It seems unlikely you could teleport.
How to Get
This power will be applied to your character and all your teammates when you are in an area with a Dampening Field. It prevents teleporting by any means (Teleport, Shadow Step, Recall Friend, Teleport Foe, etc.). These areas can be found in prison areas (for example, on certain Council, Circle of Thorns, and Arachnos maps) and in Pocket D.
