Overview
Barrier Partial Core Invocation is one of the abilities that can be used with the Interface Slot, part of the Incarnate System. This ability is Rare.
Description
90 sec. Defense and Resistance buff against all types of damage for all allys in the PBAoE radius. The effectivity of the power will last longer compared to other Barrier abilities.
This power also applies a Level Shift.
