How to Get
A supergroup earns this badge by earning one million prestige. Prestige purchased with influence/infamy and bonus prestige from the first fifteen characters in a super group does not count toward the badge.
Additional Information
This badge unlocks the both the Tech and Arcane versions of the Improved Dampening Ray.
