Vanguard Psi-Bomb

Description

The Vanguard Psi-Bomb causes an extreme amount of Psionic damage in a 25' radius from it's point of impact. The Psi-Bomb will Disorient most targets. It is particularly effective against Rikti, however, as the psionic shriek overloads their psi receptors, which can cause a great deal of confusion in their ranks. You initially are given three bombs.

How to Get

To obtain this power, earn Vanguard Merits in the Rikti War Zone and go to one of the Vanguard worktables in the base. This power has a cost of 100 Vanguard Merits.
