At level 35 a Hero is asked to contact Mantague. When they do:

Have you ever heard of Cimerora, Character? Ever since Ouroboros started altering the timeline, I became aware of a gift I had. I can perceive the changes in a timeline, yet I am unaffected by it. This has made me aware of some other alterations throughout time. I need you to meet someone. His name is Imperious. He is not of this time or place, but I feel his need, and the need of his people, transcends both of those.

After accepting mission:
To get to Cimerora, we're going to, er, 'bypass' Ouroboros. I'd prefer them not to be involved in this particular mission. I've procured an Aspect of the Pillar myself. This crystal has been attuned to take you to Cimerora and nowhere else. I've kept the crystal hidden within the Midnighter Club.

Cimerora is an ancient land in the Mediterranean. Many believe it is the birthplace of the super powered being. Montague notes that this is not altogether accurate. Cimerora is, however, one of the more famous locations in history where various origins of power came together in a similar way that is happening in our current timeline. Montague also notes that Imperious, the man you're supposed to contact, comes from an origin that has been completely absent for some time. That of the Incarnate.
